To make your order process seamless and hassle-free, currently at CakeShopDubai, we are only accepting Cash on Delivery and Card Payment Upon Delivery orders.

To make a return request for your orders, here is our simple return, refund and cancellation policy.

We will be accepting your order cancellation on request only via WhatsApp channel. If you placed an order on our website for same-day delivery or same-day pickup, in case of cancelling the order, you are advised to request cancellation maximum within 30 minutes from the time your order has been placed.

In case, you want to cancel the orders which are not placed for same-day delivery or same-day pickup. we kindly request you to confirm your cancellation at least one day before your order delivery/pickup date.

We only accept cancellations before the order is processed as per the above-mentioned cancellation policy. And, we don't encourage returns, exchanges or refunds. Still, we highly value our customer's happiness and satisfaction. So, if you experience any issues in terms of cake designs and delivery-related issues, you can reach out to us via Email and WhatsApp channels with your request. We will be guiding you in the best feasible ways to sort out your issues.
